Do I need special equipment?

• Just comfortable clothing and shoes are all that is needed. We will provide everything else.

What is your weather policy?

• We abide by the school's inclement weather policy, and will let them make the call. If a session is canceled due to weather, there will not be an additional day for make-ups. Year-Round Schools are charged for 4 sessions per month. Some months have 5 weeks in them, so that extra week is used as a make-up or free session.

How do I cancel my subscription?

• You need to cancel your subscription at least two weeks before the upcoming months payment. If you do not let us know two weeks before the next payment, the upcoming payment will be processed.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Parks:

• There is NO refund of the Annual Registration Fee. *
• A full refund applies when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of any season.
• Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.

• Refunds prior to week 3 of the season will be given for the remaining sessions only. No refunds will be issued after week 3 of the season.
• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a make-up class.
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class or weather postponements. All weather postponed classes will be made up at a later date and time and will be communicated to you via email/text. If time does not permit for all weather postponed classes to be made up prior to the start of the next season, a credit will be issued to your account for use in a future Soccer Shots session.
• If, for any reason, classes are canceled prior to the start of the season we will offer a full refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account. If, for any reason, classes are canceled once the season has begun, we will offer a prorated refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account for any classes canceled.
• A minimum of 4 registrants is required after the first week of class for the class to take place.
• All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to jocoks@soccershots.com

Seasonal programs:

• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation for insufficient enrollment, a refund will be made.
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class or weather postponements. All weather postponed classes will be made up at a later date and time and will be communicated to you via email/text. If time does not permit for all weather postponed classes to be made up prior to the start of the next season, a credit will be issued to your account for use in a future Soccer Shots session.

Monthly subscription program:

• If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must send an email to jocoks@soccershots.com. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing 2 weeks prior to dis-enrolling. Any payments scheduled within the 2-weeks window will still be drafted, and your child will be removed from the roster the following month.
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class or weather postponements. All weather postponed classes will be made up at a different day of the week and time and will be communicated to you via email/text.
• Any and all refunds/credits are issued at the discretion of Soccer Shots JOCO, Kansas.

*Soccer Shots JOCO, Kansas is a Franchise independently owned and operated, we only oversee Johnson & Wyandotte Counties; any Annual Registration Fee paid to other Soccer Shots franchise is not waived nor transferable.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Public/Park Locations:

• We promise two make-up classes at all locations for canceled classes (If needed):

RAIN-OUT DATES:

Make-up #1: 1 week following the last class.

Make-up #2: Different day/time; Soccer Shots reserves the discretion to choose a day and time to schedule make-up #2. The location will be the same.

• Class missed due to personal reasons: While we believe that your All-Star will benefit the most with consistent attendance at their scheduled class, we do allow 1 make-up class for class missed due to vacation or illness. Simply find another available class on our site at jocokansas.soccershots.com that you can attend and that matches your current curriculum. Then give us a call or send us an email so we can confirm that class works for your child to attend. If a class says “FULL”, it is not available as a make-up option, so we ensure our ratios are safe and class quality isn’t affected. We also don’t make this option available on our last class day, as our coaches are distributing prizes and certificates. Once we confirm the make-up class, we’ll notify our coach that your child will attend!

Schools:

Seasonal programs:

• Make-up classes are scheduled based on that Center’s school calendar. All weather postponed classes will be made up at a later date and time and will be communicated to you via email/text.
• During the winter season, if your school or center is closed on a Soccer Shots Day due to snow or other weather-related issues, we will work with your school or center to reschedule up to two cancelled sessions or offer a make-up session at a different location and time.

Monthly subscription program:

• NO SESSION DATES: We match each school’s Calendar for National Holidays and School Breaks. If more than 2 classes are cancelled during a month, a credit will be made to your account.
